Pele The Hawaiian Goddess Of Lava

As Pele the Hawaiian Goddess of lava has begun her spectacular flow of new Hawaiian land on the Big Island of Hawaii she brings quite the powerful punch! As I am photographing new land being created before my eyes, sitting in the presence of a force much greater than I, it is simply magnificent being one with nature three feet away. I encourage everyone that has a chance to hike the trails and to approach this crackling fiery beast that  you jump at the chance.
